As a person that think college should be free. People need to realize….

President Biden wanted the court to strike it down.

Why

Use it as election material in the next election cycle to say republican party doesn’t care

  • First Clue he wanted to be strike down is because he used “2003 Heroes Act” as justification so he knew it would get challenged.
  • When provisions in “Higher Education Act” give him the same exact power

Biden will do loan forgiveness again

  • In 2023, Biden will do some minor things to “help” debt relief.
  • In early 2024, he will use “Higher Education Act” to forgive all of the same loans This will rally some voters to come out and vote down-ballet

It will be challenge again, but the “Higher Education Act” is way more clear on the President powers granted by Congress

If Biden wins the challenge

  • He motivates people to vote for him.

If Biden loses the challenge

  • He motivates people that would have loans cleared to got vote down-ballet

The Higher Education Act of 1965 has a compromise-and-settlement authority, which states that the Education Department can "enforce, pay, compromise, waive, or release any right, title, claim, lien, or demand" related to federal student debt".

As a person that listens to every supreme court case and also repost the cases as a podcast. I’m pretty serious about politics lol.
